Album ini dikeluarkan pada bulan
Mei 1999 dalam format kaset sahaja. Rekabentuk kulit album telah diadaptasi dan disusun semula berdasarkan karya asal Stuart Brigas. Antara jenama yang kelihatan pada kulit hadapan album ini ialah: TV3, Samsung, Wrangler, Carlsberg, Mc Donald's, G Shock, Warner Brothers, Peter Stuyvesant, Telekom Malaysia, Pony Canyon, Vox, Malaysia Book Of Records, Sports Toto, Coca Cola, Universal, KLCC, MSC-Status, Bank Bumiputera, Ericsson, BBC, Tag Heuer, Kumpulan Utusan, Swatch, FILA, KRU dan lain-lain. Di dalam kulit album terdapat lakaran kartun Frank Discussion. Tulisan yang terdapat dalam lakaran tersebut ialah: "She was right! In a society that abolishes adventure, the only adventure is in abolishing that society..."; "Tomorrow I cut off the boss' balls"; "No more politics of submission. We'll demand everything!!" Di dalam kulit album terdapat lukisan yang tertera perkataan "Buang!", menunjukkan seseorang sedang membuang 'perkataan HATE, perkataan IGNORANCE, logo NIKE, logo SWASTIKA' ke dalam sebuah tong sampah.
